With only one person responsible for the entire sourcing process, deeploi was faced with capacity constraints in talent acquisition.
While they could post job ads, finding candidates with the right qualifications is difficult in times of talent shortage. Therefore, Active sourcing became a suitable channel for hiring, but it proved to be a labor-intensive process. Especially, managing candidate sourcing, crafting personalized outreach, and conducting candidate communication manually led to a huge time investment.
